17 March 2018 12:30 – 13:30

Saturday 17th March 2018 will be the 7th year of Oram's St. Patrick's Day parade.   The parade gets underway at 12.30pm from Rooney's Shop and makes the short journey to the Oram GAA centre.

As a thank you for participating and coming along to our parade there will be FREE bangers & mash for everyone, just as we've done for the previous six parades.

The parade will be led, as always, by the king of country music, BIG TOM.  A guitar autographed by BIG TOM will be up for grabs on the day for one lucky winner in our raffle.

Boats, goats and endless floats will participate along with the vintage entourage, and local schools and clubs will wind their way to the social club creating history in the now infamous 'Shortest parade in the world'.

Everyone welcome to come along and anyone wishing to participate in any way, please arrive at the shop before 12noon.  Parade starts at 12.30pm sharp.

Upon arrival at the community centre the entertainment starts with a display by the Karen McMahon School of Irish Dancing.  There'll be live music with the ever popular DAVIS BROTHERS.  Then it's time for the king, PADDY KING who will bring the house down in the evening session, Rock the boat or just shake your booty all night long with everyone's favourite DJ GAVIN.
